Return Policy Overview:

• Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) required(see below)
• Underwear not returnable(see below)
• Merchandise must include all original tags
• Clothing must never have been worn or washed
• Returns accepted up to 30 days with prior authorization

RMA Required:
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) and copy of original invoice. RMA must be requested within 10 days of delivery date. Certain restrictions apply, be sure to read entire return policy before making your purchase. All orders are shipped with return instructions, be sure to save this document.

Underwear - Panties, Thong, g-strings:
Panties, underwear, boxers, thongs, g-strings and any other item which contacts private parts cannot be returned for any reason, other than being received in a damaged or unusable condition. Claims for these items must be made within 24 hours of delivery date, include all tags and have never been worn. This is for health regulations, common hygene sense, and most importantly, your protection.

Damaged Items:
Damaged items will gladly be exchanged, provided that the product is defective due to poor workmanship, damaged during shipping, or shipped with obvious damage or flaws which render the product unusable. We cannot accept items that were damaged as a result of improper sizing, please be sure to inspect each product for a reasonably proper sizing before attempting to "try it on", and never attempt to stretch a garment that is a close fit.

Incorrect Sizing:
Items received that are improperly sized will be exchanged for the same item of the proper size. If the returned product is not available in an appropriate size, you will be given the option of receiving a similar item of equal value.

If the closest similar item has a different price, lesser valued items will be shipped and the difference returned to the customer. If the closest item is greater in price, you will be given the option of paying the difference, receiving an item of equal value, or receiving a refund for the purchase price of the returned item, minus cost of the original shipping.

Plus sizes are seperate from regular sizes, therefore regular sizes exchanged for plus sizes will require payment of the difference in price, and plus sizes exchanged for regular sizes will have the difference returned to the customer.
