Shipping Policy Overview:

• Orders shipped within 24 hours of receiving
• Free shipping via FedEx ground or UPS ground
• Backorders shipped within 24 hours of being in stock
• Overnight deliveries may be possible (see below)
• All packages wrapped in plain wrapping or boxes
• Returns accepted up to 30 days with prior authorization
• All orders include return policy and instructions

Order:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the next business day (Monday thru Friday) from the time we receive them. Full details outlined below. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Backorders:
Customers will be informed of backorders before their in-stock order is shipped; to determine if they wish to cancel the backorder, cancel the entire order, or choose a replacement for the out of stock item. If the customer cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the price of the backordered item will be returned to their credit card, and remainder of original order will be charged and shipped. Backorders will not be shipped until customer has approved and satisfied payment of backordered product(s).

If the backorder is cancelled, the customer will have the price of the backorder credited to them within 24 hours of the cancellation. If the customer agrees on the date for the backordered product to be shipped, the customer will have the option of being credited for the backorder, and recharged at the time the backordered product is shipped, or leave the charge with the option to cancel up until the last business day before the backorder is due to be shipped.

All credits will be processed within 24 hours of cancellation.

Rush Orders:
Rush orders are available on special arrangement, you must contact us prior to placing your order for pricing and availability. For next day delivery, you must have received confirmation of product and shipping availability before 11:00am EST. Rush orders are not included in the Free Shipping special offer.

Damaged Items:
Damaged items will gladly be exchanged, provided that the product is defective due to poor workmanship, damaged during shipping, or shipped with obvious damage or flaws which render the product unusable. We cannot accept items that were damaged as a result of improper sizing, please be sure to inspect each product for a reasonably proper sizing before attempting to "try it on", and never attempt to stretch a garment that is a close fit.
